An unfiltered umeshu made from fully ripened Nanko plums from Kishu, picked only after they naturally fall from the tree. This premium plum wine offers a rich yet mild flavour with no bitterness, showcasing the true aroma and taste of the finest Nanko plums.

Aged for about one to two years, it features a fresh, lively acidity and a refreshingly light sweetness.
