A pure malt whisky crafted with non-peated Scotch whisky and carefully blended with natural water from Mt. Rokko in Japan.

The mountain water comes from two unique sources: clear summit water, where rainwater flows through the steep and rich forest landscape without holding excess impurities, and naturally filtered foothill water that passes through thick layers of granite. This special blend of water helps create a refined, smooth and well-balanced flavour.

Tasting Notes
This whisky opens with a warm, bittersweet aroma reminiscent of toasted bread topped with marmalade, followed by delicate notes of yellow flowers such as osmanthus. On the palate, gentle sweetness of honey, banana and tropical fruits creates a warm and mellow impression, while a spicy finish with hints of ginger adds depth and balance.
